- Select the desired color and/or size and click 'Add to Cart'. You can continue shopping and return to your cart at any time by clicking the 'cart icon' at the top right. Keep in mind that placing items in your cart does not automatically reserve them.
- Are you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'cart icon' at the top right to view your Zunier items. On the next page, you can adjust quantities if necessary. Then click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. You will be directed to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on one page.

Please note: After you have completed your order, you can no longer make changes, because we immediately begin processing your order to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

Frequently asked questions about shipping:
- Do you offer free shipping? At Zunier, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We also offer paid express options for faster delivery. Please note that while we take great care in packaging, products may occasionally be damaged during transit. If this happens, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

- Can I track my delivery? Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You can follow the status of your order via the order status page. You will receive a link to the order status page by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Keep in mind that it can sometimes take a short while before tracking information becomes available.

- What are the delivery times? At Zunier, we strive for fast delivery of our products. If you place an order on weekdays before 3 p.m. EST, we aim to process your order the same day. Due to high demand and our quality assurance process, the average delivery time is 7–12 business days within the United States.

- What if I'm not home during delivery? If you're not home when your package arrives, the carrier may leave it in a secure location or deliver it to a nearby pickup point. You'll receive a notification with the location and pickup instructions from the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). The package will typically be held for up to 7 days, after which it may be returned to the sender if not collected.

- Incorrect address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you believe you have entered the wrong shipping address.

- Lost or stolen package Zunier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 60 days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and keep you informed throughout the process.
